1.0 EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
The report addresses on how Rucksack Inn at Temple Street, as a backpacker hostel, can improve its services to better facilitate guest needs to provide an overall quality tourism experience. The report also discusses the tourism landscape of Singapore, Chinatown and its influence as a service provider, in application with the concepts learned. The main findings are analysed and extrapolated to give an accurate view of areas Rucksack Inn can work on. Recommendations will be proposed to fill the gaps, improve the overall tourist experience and the dynamics of the tourism industry in Singapore.
2.0 INTRODUCTION
The purpose of this report is to improve Rucksack Inn at Temple Street as a service provider, while taking into consideration Chinatown as a tourist destination and its influence on tourist arrivals.
