Managers in companies have many responsibilities regarding the day-to-day activities within its company. They direct workers on what is be to done. Managers are also the ones who get to decide when the company is in need for more employees to work for them they also are able to terminate the contract of some workers when there isn’t a need for them anymore or they are not beneficial to the company. Through the manager, the owner of the company gives directives on what the company should deal with. According to Russell, Michael S (2008), the company that deal with the manufacturing and selling of fireworks is dangerous to the users due to the production of explosives. Due to high demands of the product its makes it something good for the owner.

Thesis statement

The use of fireworks pose a lot of risks when the consumer is using them. Example, fireworks can produce a lot of flames that may cause a lot of burning on an individual causing harm if not used properly. It as well causes much noise when in then can cause much disturbance to others. Regardless of all of this the owner still made a deal with the retailers with an expectation of making large profits from the business. Employing more, the owner needs to consider the types of contracts that are available. According to Elizabeth A Martin (2003), there are several types of contracts that an owner must consider when recruiting workers. Types of contract this owner should consider is commission based and casual work. These two types, workers will be called when need arises or will work only on a commission basis. This owner should considering limited partnership in his company so that he becomes the general partner and any others who join him are only limited partners. With this the company will get a lot of capital to expand the business.
