QNT/351

November 2, 2014

Tom Hawkins

Introduction

Team B has changed their case study from General Motors to Ballard integrated Managed Services Motors (BIMS). The change is due to limited or lack of information that is provided to the public. We will explore the problem, purpose, research questions, and hypotheses within BIMS. We will describe the instrument used for data collection. In addition, we will go over the types of data that will be collected, and we will determine if the data collected is quantitative, qualitative, or both. We will identify the level of measurement for each variable involved in our study. We will describe how the data is coded, and we will evaluate the procedure used. The team will code the data from the study and eliminate errors made.

Once the data is collected, we will then draw conclusions to meet the purpose of our study. Furthermore, we will analyze in the form of tables and charts.
