Scarcity

A) Ethiopia in general is a very poor country due to the lack of or scarcity of resources. Due to this the younger population are more susceptible to adversity. With and majority of the children under 5 having a 10% mortality rate, and about 30% being affected by malaria, and with the education system is also affected by scarcity, with the lack of teachers, overcrowded classrooms, and very severe lack of teaching materials more important the lack of teachers due to the presence of the HIV or AIDS virus.

B) After reading about the Ethiopian society, I do not think that I can mentioned what all this society needs, in general we can start with Medical facilities to be updated with modern equipment and trained personnel, this intern would help reduce the mortality rate of the general population. Increased recourses of clean running water, so the farmers can grow fruits and vegetables to help reduce the hunger that is claiming so much of the population. Most important is the need for teachers, with the education being severally low staffed, and with a majority of the general population not receiving an adequate education causing an unstable government. With more teachers and educated society the Ethiopians would return to a self-sustained government allowing for a positive growth in perpetuity.

C) I think with the Ethiopian government needs to be re-allocated with its spending, this should be based on the individual needs of the general population. With the individual government heads working together and sacrificing some benefits, it would take time but the society could rebound to become a self-sustaining country.

D) With the Ethiopian societies, the struggles for power, land, political reform and religion, poverty is very wide spread throughout the country. With these struggles not being addressed by the government, thus keeping the society from developing into a self-sustaining country.
