Congratulations on your new position with the Microsoft Corporation. We are excited you have chosen us as your employer. At Microsoft we work diligently in order to meet the needs of our customers by providing not only outstanding customer service, but a product in which our customers trust and enjoy.

At Microsoft, we develop, manufacture, license and sell computer software, consumer electronics and personal computer services. Microsoft is widely known as the best software product company in the line of operating systems. While our operating system software has been our main product over the years, Microsoft Corporation has also branched out into the game console market selling the Microsoft Xbox game console. Microsoft has become one of the worlds most valuable companies and we are pleased in your choice with our company.

As a new member of our team you will be in charge of applications for assistance and you will be required to utilize your knowledge in policy to determine client eligibility. Other areas of responsibility will include scheduling appointments, and to provide feedback from clients in regards to our services and products.

We have setup training that all of our new employees must attend. The date for training will be held on November 15th 2014. Everything needed has already been provided and you will receive a reminder email that will include the address and the room number for your class.
