Formations/Timeliness: Show time each day will be 15 minutes prior to accountability formation and 15 minutes prior to work call. If there is any type of emergency or a situation which will prevent you from arriving to work on time, you are to notify me immediately. Repetitive tardiness will not be tolerated.

Appearance: As a member of 2nd squad, you will be strictly held to the standards set forth in AR 670-1. Communication: It is expected of you that if I send you a text, you reply to confirm you recieved it and understand the message. If I call you and you are unable to answer, I expect that you will call me back as soon as possible. You should check your phone regularly for missed calls/texts. Communication is very important to me as your direct supervisor.

Appointments: All appointments will require you to show proof of appointment (appointment slip, phone confirmation, etc.). You have the need to keep yourself physically healthy, but do not abuse the appointment system just to get out of work. If your...
