Classification Essay

Everyone has a unique gift to share with the world but some might not know what they are. The Myers-Briggs Type Indicator is a tool to assist in figuring out what are gifts are exactly. This test helps one to enhance one’s understanding of oneself and to better appreciate the diverse people that we have to interact with in our families, school and our own social group. This test helps us realize our weaknesses and our strengths. My type is INTJ. This type really summed up me in four different types. INTJ are characterized as original minds and great drive for their own ideas and purposes. These characteristics work to in my home, school, and social life.

The first letter in my type is I which happens at home. I tend to be independent with things such as my homework, phone calls, and when I’m on the computer. When someone or something bothers me I turn into a whole new person I began to snap lash out on that person then go back to what I was doing. I also tend to keep things in the order that I had it when I left it, if I come back and something isn’t there I go around the house and ask who been in my room. When I’m asked to do something it depends on the mood that I’m in because I could have had a bad day or something but if it’s for my parents then I will do it regardless. My family is mostly extraverts they tend to get loud when in the same room my dad and mom were popular in high school and it followed them out of high school. They both can go up and start a conversation with anyone as well as my brothers and sister where I tend to wait for someone to talk to me and things like that.

Next the letter N which is seen in school I show my critical thinking, independents, and determination. I rather get my work done then socialize with my friends after I’m done rather than talk to them and not get anything done. This where my determination sides show because I would know what...
