The followings are the working principles of JS750 double shaft concrete mixer. Transmission system: the secondary gear reducer is driven by electric motor through the belt and the double horizontal mixing shafts are driven by the the output shaft of reducer through open gear. The arc part of mixing drum is welded and there is lining plate in mixing drum concrete mixer for sale, which are all firmly connected with the mixing drum by sunk screws. The mixing shafts in the mixing drum is horizontal and every mixing shaft is equipped with mixing blades. The mixing arm on each end of mixing drum is equipped with blades to eliminate the concrete remaining on each end. The gap between mixing blade and ling plate is smaller than 6mm. There is no sealing device in the joint of mixing shaft and mixing drum. The concrete mixer is equipped with four hydraulic oil pumps to ensure the sealing and supply oil to the sealing devices of the ends of mixing shaft.
