1)my 1minute heart rate was 58 bpm 2) my VO2 max is 66.6116

3)See handwritten graph

4) The three factors that determine VO2max is heart rate, stroke volume and A VO2 difference. Heart rate is how many times the heart beats per minute and stroke volume is how much blood is pumped per minute to determine a persons cardiac output which indicates the amount of oxygen delivery to cells. The equation is SV times HR equals cardiac output(Q). The AVO2 difference is referred to as the arteriovenous difference which indicates how much oxygen is being taken from the blood and is being used by the cells for energy.

5) Two disadvantage in this experiment is that we could of inaccurately counted our heart rate beat per minute, which would cause a change in VO2 max estimation. Another disadvantage is we are not directly measuring the VO2 max, in order to directly measure VO2max accurately a bunch of expensive devices are needed. This Experiment only gives an estimation of or VO2 max. An advantage is this test is more convenient for the students doing the test. A second advantage is this test is cost efficient it doesn't cost any money unlike a real VO2 max test which requires a lot of expensive machinery.

6) A factor that could decrease the accuracy of this test would be if the student inaccurately counted their heart rate. Another factor that could have decreased the accuracy of this test is the fact that we are not accounting for the differences in body weight, which plays a factor in determining VO2 max. There are differences in weight between males, when factored into the equation it will result in a different VO2 max estimation.
