1. Executive summary:

For business, customer data management process plays an important role and should be paid attention. Most enterprises use the information systems to support this process, especially in the service industrial and the fitness company is not exception. This assignment will introduce about the customer data management process of California Fitness & Yoga Center (CFYC) – the first and largest international fitness company operating for nearly 9 years in Vietnam.

We focus on analyzing the use of Aphelion system to manage customer information at CFYC. Aphelion is the proven leader in the creation of innovative fitness management software. Aphelion's long-standing record has become the yardstick by which all other fitness management software companies are measured. To understand deeply about this information system of CFYC, we also evaluate the strengths and weaknesses of the Aphelion system.

In this research, from the analysis, we give some recommendations in order to improve the efficiency of information system and support the use and manage customer data management process. Base on the actual situation of CFYC and also through our research, we make a choice “Rationalization” is the best way to enhance the Aphelion system in the company. However, it is not easy to improve follow our recommendations which given in this assignment. Accompanied with recommendations is some plan to implement at CFYC included a parallel conversion strategy, preparing the conversion scenario, training plan, survey quality assessment… All of them are clarified in our below assignment.
