Company X is Brenffrey Bakery.

Brenffrey Bakery is committed to the sale of small multi-tasker kitchen gadgets. These items are designed to make life a little easier in the kitchen. Brenffrey is a multi-level marketing company. Sales associates host events to market and sell the products and recruit new associates.

A. Brenffrey Bakery strongly believes in fare and ethical practices by all associates. The products offered will live up to the promises they make and not be marketed by false promises or slanderous claims. Brenffrey products and marketing should be focused on the product and never the shortcomings of other like items. This program will focus on ethical sales practice and guarantees of our products. All of the products offered have been designed for specific use, set at a specific price point, and carry the company logo. A complete product and policy knowledge base is the key to upholding test standards. This program is intended to educate and enforce the following ethical standards in sales and marketing:

1. All products will be presented only for the use in which they are intended. Products are not to de demonstrated or recommended for any other use.

2. At no time should a false promise be made or a direct question avoided, even to make sale or after a sale.

3. All products are so be sold new and with the 2 year guarantee. All products that are replaced under the guarantee are to be sent to the return center and not marketed for resale or reduced in price.

4. All items are to be sold at the listed price. No discounts or mark ups are to be included. The price is set by the marketing team.

5. All hosted event notifications, signs, flyers, banners and any other form of print media must contain the company logo and be approved by the marketing team.

6. All team members will operate with best interest of the consumer at all times with every interaction.
