Executive Summary

With Colorado is growing at a fast rate, it important for everything else to grow with it. This is including the fashion world. Some consumers find it important for the need to be up to date with all the latest trends, so I’m proposing that Zara launches a store at Cherry Creek mall in Denver, Colorado. A surveyed was organized and the results indicated that the majority of the people preferred Zara to other similar brands. Furthermore, about 70% of the people have already heard the brand Zara. There is very a high chance that this store will successfully launch because this will be the first Zara ever in Colorado. It is known that consumers always get excited when a new store introduced to the market. Not to mention, as the population of Colorado grows, more consumers will be out shopping for new clothing.

There are many competitors that could outshine Zara. However, consumers will appreciate the quality of the clothing that is similar to its competitors, but with its cheaper prices. In addition to attracting our new customers with our unbeatable prices, there will be promotions that will kick-start our grand opening. This is crucial for conducted business, so that more consumers are aware of our brand and can get a feel for our clothing. With that being said, we propose that this store needs to be opened next summer. We feel this is the best time because consumers will be transitioning from the cold winter season and will need a new wardrobe to accommodate the summer weather. This deadline will require us to start constructed our store no later than one month from today. We also plan to conduct even more surveys from our customers, so we can perfect all our faults and improve customer satisfaction.

The data that was collected with this potential project indicates:

* Sales: $500 million in sales within the first year

* Business Recognition:...
