Beer and wine should be banned from advertisement as well as other alcoholic products on television. Alcoholic products create a very high mortality rate, drinking while driving creates accidents due to drunk drivers. The national statistics stated from 2009 that 38,808 people were killed n traffic accidents. 10,839 of these deaths were a result of alcohol (32% of all traffic deaths). These alcoholic product produces 254,000 suffered injuries due to an alcohol related accident. Smoking product didn’t really hamper people life style but killing them by their self. These advertisements on the TV have let it seem like the beer and wine product doesn’t hurt you when you drink them. Research say that every 48 minutes someone is kill by a drunken drive. Every year people getting arrested by the influences of drinking increase each year which is not cool. I know for a fact a lot of the drunk drivers who are caught while driving still drink and drive and get their license suspend. Just like smoking long term alcoholic drinkers have health issues that could relate to be fatal. Is a depressant that has a significant contribution towards suicide and long-term clinical depression? The bad thing about alcoholic products is that contributes towards premature miscarriage due to drinking due pregnancy.

* Volunteer to be a designated driver.

* Always use a safety seat belt.

* Use four-lane highways whenever possible.

* Avoid rural roads. 
Avoid travel after midnight (especially on Fridays and Saturdays).

* Drive defensively.

* Choose vehicles with airbags.
