With the aid of the results found in response to the problems, the following are the recommendations of the researchers:

Since the study is intended to investigate how the employees of some Jollibee Foods Corporation branches in City of Manila assess on the corporate social responsibility of the corporation and their evaluation on its initiatives and programs, the researchers would like to address Jollibee Foods Corporation in studying and prove themselves, with the guidance of this thesis paper that their corporate social responsibility initiatives and programs are successful in terms of Socio-economic, Environmental Protection, Educational and Leadership Development, Housing and Community Development and in other factors of the society. Also, inform them about the problems found in their execution and programs. This paper might also assist other corporations and businesses in selecting the best corporate social responsibility programs that can bring benefits in terms of risk management, cost savings, access to capital, customer relationships, human resource management, and innovation capacity.

The researchers also recommend the aspiring business owners to consider also the corporate social responsibility as one of the significant strategies in having a successful business aside from strategies for their business operations and profit such as differentiation, diversification, turnaround, concentration and globalization. This study can also serve as guide for them to establish an effective corporate social responsibility initiatives and programs.

The researchers would also like to suggest further study of corporate social responsibility of corporations and businesses. They also would like to propose deeper study to verify the results of this thesis paper.
