Nurturance is the best practiced technique in today’s scenario to achieve the desired results enabling oneself and others to grow simultaneously in their respective fields and also in personal life of each individual.  It gives rise to pleasant and satisfactory working environment in the department and the company as a whole.  This will also help grooming in personal life too. 

Define the responsibilities precisely so that there will not be any ambiguity in resolving any untoward issues which will help in creating trust and positive attitude.  To give full independence and make them reliable to fulfill their responsibilities.  Transparent and clear communications when dealing with all colleagues and respect their views and opinion.  Listen and understand their problems, issues, difficulties and resolve the same unbiased. 

Appreciate and recognize their performance publicly and privately.  Thus share the achievement with all colleagues in the dept without taking any individual credit to maintain harmony in the dept.  Involve them in fruitful discussion and rational arguments to reach a conclusion which will benefit the company. 

Though monetary compensation is a primary factor but there are some other activities and motivation program, such as Welfare and recreation, sending them to seminars, training programs by which people can be motivated and keep them happy to remain in the organization longer time.

It is advisable to participate in their work so that they will be recharged which will give more qualitative output and feel as a team member.  The excellent member of the team will be picked up and send for higher education
