The sales and marketing administration at minitrex is controlled by jon bettman There are two different lines involved in this sector they are Insurance and finance. Jon bettman works with a team which is whole and sole responsible for increase and decrease of sales at minitrix. The team’s only aim is to increase the sales by convincing the customers to purchase the products wo are new and to purchase additional products by the existing customers. Jon bettman had introduced many methods for knowing the customer needs and satisfying the customers. He had developed customer contact system to know the customer needs and their sales prospects. This system started showing good results in identifying the customer needs sales person to keep track all the information needed. Betmann started receiving excellent output regarding data notifying, sale of the product and the sales persons. This had given desired results to the minitrex.

The Insurance Administration

Profit is the major source for an organization. The major profit maker at minitrex is Harold blumfen. He is the VP of insurance department. He is innovative and had introduced many innovative ideas for the benefit of the company. He thinks that computers cannot replace human being in the stream of customer support and knowledge. Computers are only used for computations. The team of Blumfen plays an important role in bringing higher profits to the short term insurance products and enough organization knowledge which can meet client requirements.
