Welcome to Spartan Village Apartments!! We do have apartments available and we are looking forward to having you live with us. Before we can reserve your apartment we need you to sign and return this offer letter, along with an nonrefundable initial rent payment of $650*. You will be assigned an apartment prior to your move in date; once the assignment has been made you will be emailed an assignment letter. Please email this signed letter to UAinfo@rhs.msu.edu, and make sure you have made your payment at the time of sending the letter. If you do not move in on the day listed on your application your apartment may be cancelled, and the $650 will not be refundable.

I understand/agree:

* To accept the apartment assigned to me by University Apartment Leasing Office.

* To notify the University Apartment Leasing Office if I change my move in date or cancel my application*.

* $650 initial rent payment is nonrefundable.

* Rent will begin on the day I pick up keys for this apartment.

* It is not guaranteed that all apartments will have full furniture. I agree if I request fully furnished, and it is not available, I will accept a partially furnished apartment.

* We do consider all requests, however we cannot guarantee preferences.

* FOR ROOMMATES ONLY: I agree to pay full rent of the apartment, if I move in prior to my roommate’s arrival.

* Transferring apartments after moving may not be possible, as we anticipate being full and will not have the ability to move residents around.
