Examining the factors that contribute to the success of entrepreneurs

Investigations into the factors that may contribute to the success or failures of Women Entrepreneurs

The purpose of this investigation is to explore and explain what factors contribute to the success of entrepreneurs. Successful entrepreneurs think creatively, create strategic plans, envision their success, and they never give up. This research paper will identify what it took for entrepreneurs to be successful, and what it took to start and run a growing business. Additionally, identifying the market strategies that help small businesses survive. Also this paper will discover the challenges or issues that may have lead to or lack of financial support, lack of credibility, lack of knowledge in the field, and still succeed and become successful entrepreneurs. According to Robert A. Baror who wrote the journal article Psychological Perspectives on Entrepreneurship: Cognitive and Social Factors in Entrepreneurs' Success he believes that successful entrepreneurs appear to think differently than other individuals in several ways and they are less likely to engage in unsure thinking but more likely to show overconfidence in their judgments. Similarly, successful entrepreneurs appear to be higher in social competence--the ability to interact effectively with others (e.g., they are better at social perception and adapting to new social situations). These results suggest that the principles and findings of psychology can be invaluable to researchers in the field of entrepreneurship, providing important insights into the factors that influence entrepreneurs' success. Also journalist Fleix J. Heunks of the editorial Innovation, Creativity and Success advised that the relationship between success, innovation and creativity, some possible backgrounds of creativity and innovation are presented.
