You can create a WBS in three different ways one the analogy approach which reviews WBSs of similar projects and tailor them to your project. Then there is the top-down approach and it starts with the largest items of the project and break them down then the opposite to the top down the bottom-up approach yes, you guess it start with the specific tasks and roll them up

5. Scope validation involves formal acceptance of the completed project deliverables the main technique is by a customer inspection and then sign-off on key deliverables. The a factory completes a order and it then ships it off to the customer and that’s when the customer looks things over before paying also called ROG.
