Unit 3 Social and Behavioral Intelligence in Your Field

PART 1

I looked at all the slides but since my profession is Business I am going to put most of my

focus Business Professional slides. The professions in these slides look very profession, all the

men where in suits or button downs, the women where in slacks and button down shirts. When

you work in an office environment or with other companies this is classically how you should

look.

These individuals look how they should look in business. In one slide they are just standing

there but you can see what they are wearing the look prefect hair brushed, clean profession

clothes. The next slide they are sitting around a table looks like in meeting of some kind

commutation is a huge part of making a business work. In the last slide, they are presenting

themselves like they know what they are doing like someone you want to do business with.

I’m going to take the focus off of the Business slides to talk about what would be

unprofessional in the office business professional life. Well looking at all these slides to some

degree expect for the Medical personal wearing scrubs all the slides could work in a business

life. The one slide that jumped out at me is the last I T tech slide wearing, jeans and plaid shirts.

Being that dressed down has no place in a business office.

PART 2

I am working for a credit card processing company, I have a cubicle and I sit on the

phone all day long. We don’t have outside companies coming in ever and the only time I

ever see the CEO, or Vice Presidents in anything but slacks and a polo is on days when they

going out to other companies, then its suit tie the whole bit. So for my profession Polo’s,

button down shirts and slacks seem to be best your still look good any just in case someone

comes into the building. Jeans, sweats pant, tee shirts and bad hygiene should never be

seen in my field or any...
