Good day Ms. Jackson

I have some recommendations on how to improve our order fulfillment processes. My suggestions will be covering the components that are most essential to success of our operations. These components include hardware, software, data, procedures and personnel.

* Hardware

As regards hardware I would recommend that we provide our personnel who will be involved in taking care of customer orders servers with internet enabled desktop computers and phablets. This will provide us with mobile approach to processing customer orders and our personnel could when they are not at their workstations. These computer and phablets will then be connected to a wireless wide area network whose sophisticated protocol will enable all our personnel to connect their devices to the same wireless frequency.

* Software

Providing our personnel with easy and ready to use software on their computers and phablets will make it easier to carry out tasks which will in turn save us time and enable us to process orders faster. The software which I feel will enable our personnel to transition seamlessly between computers and phablets will be the Windows 8 operating system. Key features of Windows 8 include its support for dual core and multi-core processors, Cortana (a mobile helper), and its sync feature which will enable personnel to fulfill customer orders on either the mobile or desktop environment.

* Data

Our personnel need to readily have access to saved customer data such as addresses and credit or debit card information. This will enable them to process orders in a more timely fashion.
