(Joh 3:16) For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life.
On behalf of Jesus Saves Mission, we extend our deepest condolences and sympathies to family of the late Madam Goh Hian Lay
Thank God that that late Madam Goh Hian Lay was taken home to glory in God’s perfect timing.
We are thankful to God that He has blessed her with long life.
We want to comfort you all from the word of God.
John 3:16 is a very familiar verse.
But it reveals to us three things: Giver, receiver and the gift.
The giver.
God is the giver.
The sad thing is that many do not believe in the existence of God who created heaven and earth and all things.
They were taught in school that the whole world came through the process of evolution.
Man is evolved from amoebae.
They are blinded to the fact that man is not a creature of chance but design.
The Psalmist tells us that we are wonderfully and fearfully made.
Others do not know the true and living God.
They do not know that God is spirit and they should worship Him in spirit and in truth.
Because their imagination was darkened by sin they started to represent God with the images made like unto men, animals etc. and worship them.

God gave rains and sunshine to all men.
(Act 14:17) Nevertheless he left not himself without witness, in that he did good, and gave us rain from heaven, and fruitful seasons, filling our hearts with food and gladness.
(Act 14:17) 然而为自己未尝不显出证据来,就如常施恩惠,从天降雨,赏赐丰年,叫你们饮食饱足,满心喜乐。」
He gives to physical and spiritual need of man because He is love.
Besides providing for our physical needs, God gave to meet man’s greatest need.
The receiver
God so loved the world.
We are the object of His love.
Why did God so love us?
The reason...
