1. We received the orders from our customer via E-mail, phone, fax or in person. Each order gets redirected to a customer sales representative (SALES & MARKETING). The representative has the responsibility to input the order in the operations system (SYSTEM) as per the customer’s request.

2. Once the order has been entered, the SYSTEM generates a production schedule for each particular order depending on the requested products from the customer.

3. All customized orders are sent to the ART DEPARMENT.

4. The art department generates a graphic of the final product that is sent back to the sales person through the system.
