Our reservation system is been digitize monitored by a central data structure of over 100 computers. This allows the hotels to keep track of rooms and occupancy at pinpoint accuracy. Through the system called Opera which is a digitized software that allows anyone with access to make reservations, monitor dirty and clean rooms, change room rates, block rooms for specified reasons and make notes attached to any guess. With Opera available rooms or rooms that are about to be available will be updated at a moment’s notice to give the guest the best experience with pinpoint accurate information. Throughout the day Opera keeps track of occupancy percentage which is very important for all the hotel employees to know.
