ACKNOWLEDGEMENT

With deepest gratitude and appreciation, I want to give thanks to all the people who helped me, with all they can, to make my On-the-job Training a possible one. With all gratefulness, this piece of work is dedicated to the following persons:

To my parents, for their unending love and care, for providing my needs whether financially or morally, for the endless support in finishing my training, for the patience and understanding every time I am not able to help with the chores especially during my tiring days, for the advices that helped me to push through the limits, for being there no matter what the circumstances are and lastly for letting me feel how proud they both are to me.

To my brother and sisters, for serving as my inspiration, for all the encouraging and kind words which really helped me a lot and for always reminding me to make the best out of everything.

To the institution where I am studying, Philippine Women’s University, for molding me as I continue to grow as a Business Management student, for giving us, students the opportunity to explore outside our comfort zone, for making me one of the new modern heroes of our country and for the chance of being an educated person without spending too much.
