Subject: Exceptions to the Limit on Repeating Courses

To whomsoever it May Concern

This is in response to the official letter that I received from your office on the 12 Aug 14 regarding dismissal from Master’s program. I appeal to you to allow me to be reinstated which has been ordered on the basis of your records that I had attempted to repeat a course and was unsuccessful. The course BUS694 was my first attempted of this course. The two previous courses BUS640 and BUS644, that I received unsuccessful grades was hampered was hampered because of my work schedule, unexpected life circumstance, and medical circumstance that prevented me from meeting my set goals for academic progress. The current course BUS694, in which I received unsuccessful grade in, was hampered by my current work schedule and proper material (Internet access). Without the required course (BUS694), it would be impossible for me to receive my degree. Or it would be time consume to invest in another University to receive my degree.

I am aware that my performance in the two previous courses does not give any reason for faith in my abilities to do better but I am in a position to ensure that I going to take strict steps to ensure that my academic work will be more successful. In which you saw from the two previous courses, when I retook them. I will, for one manage work schedule to ensure that I get more time to devote to my academics. I have also spoken to my adviser at the university who has advised me about what I can do to stay ahead of the academic demands of college.

As I stated early without the required course BUS694, it would be impossible for me to receive my degree. Or to time consume to invest in another University to receive a degree. I am a good student as my records from earlier academic performances would show. My education is of prime importance to me.
