* MyMathLab kit with access code.

* Four 882-E scantrons.

Examinations and Major Assignments

Exams

There will be four exams plus optional comprehensive final exam given during the semester. If you fail to do well on one of the exams, then you have the option of taking the final and having the lowest score replaced if the final is higher. Or if you missed an exam for whatever reason, you can take the final to replace the missing score. The final cannot replace your homework grade. The final exam is your make-up. Ther are NO OTHER MAKE UP EXAMS. All exams contain 25 multiple choice questions. Practice exams will be available on blackboard before each exam and there will be review during SI (supplemental instruction) session before each exam.

Homework

All homework will be assigned and graded online. Hence all students will need to register for publisher’s website at http://www.mymathlab.com using access code that came with mymathlab kit and course code ryan89147. Homework is worth total of 100 points. (Two scores of 50 points.) Late homework will NOT be accepted so do it the day before it is due.

Participation
