1.1 Economic feasibility

To implemented the new system towards the company , we need to consider all cost that required to create this new system . The main reason the company need to consider is to measure whether the cost that applied are equal to the benefit of the system towards the company. For an example , hardware and equipment that needed to produce the system . Both of this cost are varies directly towards the creation of the system which is the purchasing system and the company choose the most quality equipment and hardware in order to produce a perfect system so that they can give back benefits towards the company. By identify this all cost , we can measure or estimated the benefits that the company could get either in tangible or not tangible . By the tangible benefits , we can measure it by the increasing in revenue , decreasing expenses or both . For an example , by creating the automated system (Sales system) , the company could save more Ringgit Malaysia that need to paid towards the staff because previously the company need lot of staff to write in all the information in sales product but by using automated system , they only need several staff to do all kind of job since they only need to key in all the information into the system . Other than that , intangible benefits also can be measure up how effective the system give impact towards the company . For example , by implementing automated system towards the company , now the company could track in previous document in short time since the system have all the data . Compare to the manually , the company face difficulties to track back the document since it not been file up appropriately . Other than that , the automated system improves employee production and satisfaction because the new system that been implemented are make their job more easier.
