Situation Analysis of the Internal Environment

Assessing the current situation, perception the crew has about the new service being offered and marketing strategy at the moment, and the image of how they work and what is being achieved, is to establish the needed communication.

Objectives

Motivating employee to implement and integrate Nuuksio vision, strategies towards customer orientation by improving:

- Vision: Employees must be aware of Nuuksio’s reputation, its future and its vision. Not only be aware, but they should feel like parts of it so and contribute to its success

- Competency: employing the most competent personnel is an important factor of the company success, especially in the ability to change, to adapt the dramatically changing external environment. However the cooperation works (or how employees work with other people) is what matters in the end, so those abilities should be demonstrated without breaking the personnel chain.

- Measure and reward: The quality of service, customers’ satisfaction should be measure, not only to make it better, but it also reflect the working quality of service rep. What we should do is to meet and ask the customers personally what service needs they have, how they experienced our service. If something has been performed well, employees should be rewarded in various forms, and of course the same for the opposite result.

- Image factor: the image of the employees, especially the service rep. should not be too varied, for example the way they dress, behave. The purpose is for customer to receive the same image of Nuuksio.

Further objectives

- Productivity: at an individual level, employee satisfaction leads to increase in productivity

- Turnover: employee satisfaction links with customer satisfaction and loyalty, e.g. satisfied employee are more likely to be friendly, upbeat, and responsive which customer appreciate.
