GARDASIL is a HPV vaccine that helps protect against 4 types of HPV. In girls and young women ages 9 to 26, GARDASIL helps protect against 2 types of HPV that may cause different types of cancer. GARDASIL is not 100% effective and will not prevent cancer or genital warts. You are given 3 injections over a 6 month period.

Chlamydia is found in both men and women. In women it can cause serious damage to the reproductive system. This can cause either infertility or fatal pregnancies. Chlamydia can be spread by having vaginal, anal, or oral sex. Chlamydia does not required ejaculation to be spread. You are able to be infected with Chlamydia more than once if you have unprotected sex with someone who has it. The only way to 100 % prevent Chlamydia is to not participate in any sexual activity. There are many symptoms for Chlamydia including: abnormal discharge, burning when urinating, abnormal bleeding, etc. Chlamydia is easy to cure with medication. You must get a follow up test after taking the medication.
