Amador's Ale,

This company is the merger of two companies Bob's Beers and Amador’s Ale.

In course of time the market share of Ale decreased day by day to wrong management of resources. This is the look fall of the company. So it was searching an appropriate company to merge to strengthen the system. It was the crucial moment of the company. At same time the company Amador’s find prospect with Ale. The company adviser evaluates the proposal and suggested that it would be profitable and beneficial strategically and from all aspects.

So the merger activity exercised and the new company became popular as Amador's Ale.
