Introduction
Human being have standard behaviour that they should live by, if a person deviates from those standards the behaviour is believed to be abnormal. Mash &Wolfe (2010) define a psychological disorder as a pattern of behavioural, cognitive, emotional or physical symptoms shown by an individual. The pattern is associated with one or more of the following
• The person showing some degree of distress such as fear or sadness.
• The behaviour limits activity in one or more important area of functioning including physical, emotional, cognitive and behavioural areas
• The distress also increase the risk of suffering or harm, such as death, pain, disability or an important loss of freedom.
The DSM-IV-TR classification identifies teN anxiety disorders, Paranoid Personality Disorder, Schizoid...
