Creativity and innovativeness rules the business world. In the present world today population has highly increased, due to this very many people are unemployed, the available job opportunities are being grabbed by few people within the society. Thinking creatively and innovatively has remained to be the only way for people to earn income. The phrase, survival for the fittest when it comes to making business ideas stands to be the principle, this is usually due to the very many people thinking on how to make money using the available opportunities as much as possible. For instance, establishing a business in any country all over the world is usually accompanied by evaluation of some key factors within that country of interest in order for the business to be successful in the market it will be established in. Some of the key factors include, analyzing the business environment of that target country, the political, economic as well as the legal environment of that country. Furthermore, it also includes evaluation of international relations, political involvement in global institutions and their activities as well as evaluating foreign direct investment into and out of the target country. Though this may seem simple the only thing which determines whether the business will succeeded is how creative and innovative the people coming up with the ideas are. One of the business idea I deemed it good is establishment of a salon in Steinburg. After going through thick and thin collecting information on the various problems people are undergoing especially ladies I came to a conclusion that there is really need for their being a new salon selling beauty products and giving out services involving hair to both ladies and gents. With tis therefore, this paper is going to give more illustrations concerning this business idea.
