In this world, nothing is perfect. No matter how hard man tries, one can only achieve near to perfection. Now a day, companies around the world compete to create the best products and proclaim or to their believe that the products they create are the best. But as competitions from old rivals and new ones emerging every day, many of the top companies lost their true meaning of innovation and drift into the path that for some, will be their down fall. In the last decade, more and more product are being recall because of small problems being overlook. Because of how businesses are done today, future problems will not be fix.

First, is how fast companies are growing. A perfect example of that is Toyota. Toyota was founded in 1937 by Kiichiro Toyota; originated from the father company, Toyota Industries; with more than 317,000 employees and 522 subsidiaries (Ezine 2009). The biggest contributor to Toyota successes are due mostly to its ability to recognize growth opportunities and developing market strategies to capture it. According to an auto industry analyst, Michael Robinet, stated that " Toyota President Katsuaki Watanabe gave the ambitious sales plan in an outline of the company's growth strategy, which includes working on product quality and introducing technological innovations such as luxury Lexus hybrids." he also stated that " The company plans to boost sales not only in North America and Europe, but also in emerging

markets such as Brazil, India, China and Russia. Sales in Japan, though, were expected to stay relatively flat." (MSNBC 2007). Moreover, Toyota is looking to surpass a record that was set by General Motors 30 years ago by selling 10.4 million vehicles worldwide in 2009 (MSNBC 2007).
