Usually people tend to see and hear everything they want to, and the truth sometimes is more

harmful than is expected. As well these kinds of personality tests sometimes shows persons hidden

sides, which would not like to show out. Almost same way was with my own testing.

Within several years I have made different kind of personality tests, as well as organized

socionic test for my team members, to get to know each other’s hidden sides, and to know (or at

least to try) to get along with each other better in a way of sociotype. For the time being my type

from politician (Sensory-ethical irrational extravert) changed to the psychologist (Intuitive-ethical

irrational extravert). Slight change that still makes sense.

During IPIP-NEO Narrative test filling, I have thought that it would be something similar,

but it became a little more complex and deeper. And by result reading I have faced, that yes, truth is

not always the thing I want to hear. Anyway I believe that such tests usually reflect the feeling what

is bothering the person in that particular time frame, the test was filled. Personally for me was totally

that way. Day I choose to fill the test for assignment wasn’t the best one from very beginning,

everything went wrong, mood was down and responsibility level due to unexpected absence of

colleague was extremely high. And in a result areas as agreeableness, conscientiousness were totally

low, but neuroticism extremely high, while extraversion and openness to experience was on average

(due to that I became more sad). During another day, when mood was fine, and responsibility level

went stable, test showed good average scores, which were neither good nor bad – it means that

particular person will interpret results as one another want to. Positive vibe from the results was that

extraversion and openness to experience showed good results in both test days. So that shows (and I
