2.1 About Scisca

Scisca is a private company which trades ecological lighting and is based in London. Created in 2004, Scisca is one of the major LED (light-emitting diode) suppliers for the UK thanks to a close relationship with CEF (city electrical factors). Currently 2 manager/owners run a team of 8 employees in the U.K and 2 employees in Hong Kong. The nature of the enterprise is that it imports LED lighting from China; this lighting is then rigorously checked and tested, both in Hong Kong and the UK before they are stocked and supplied to CEF. Scisca’s lighting is then distributed through many of the 400 CEF branches in the U.K to a variety of professional customers. Thus, this business not only supplies a product (QC checked) but also a service (quick delivery and warranty) that portrays quality, efficiency and speed.
