Club IT Part Two

In today’s world establishing and maintaining a successful business entails a big challenge. This is why owners need to be on top of their game with their business and with the latest information technology resource. Having this technology will give them an advantage over other businesses and will make them very efficient in attracting new people. In actuality, Club IT is a successful business, however, it needs to improve its information technology in order to gain or separate themselves from other clubs. Although club IT has excelled in their night club business it needs improvement in the IT department. The use of computers and internet will help them manage their club and will help their clientele in obtaining information and becoming more familiar with such club.

Club IT has three business problems that I identified. Club IT is lacking of technology that can improve its relationship with their customers. Club IT’s website needs to be developed in many ways in order for the customers to access IT and also their employees. A chatting area should be created; a very interactive ticket booth center and a very important person section should be added. These sections of the website should have in addition the capabilities for people to access it with the use of new technology equipment such as camera phones, blackberry’s and other wireless communication devices. Making these changes will care for club IT’s main clientele as well as the new comers. Club IT should also set up a MySpace, facebook and twitter accounts which are major ways of communicating and it will keep their clientele informed with the latest information.
