RFIC/SOC Test Engineer Lead, Member of Technical Staff 2008 – 2010

● Responsible in leading the bring-up of the ATE test solution of highly complex RFIC/SOC, and successfully bring six products from initial sample to mass production, which ship over 100 million

● Experienced in PCB load board design and test program development on LTX tester to secure production schedule

● Involved in defining test plan and performed RF characterization and correlation on RF/Mixed signal related performance and functional tests against test plan

● Conducted cost-saving investigations related to production test time by utilizing various DSP techniques/tricks and sampling theory and successfully saved the cost/test time up to 90%

● Managed upgrade ATE system for failure analysis and provided prompt feedback to system/IC design teams to successfully reduce the turnaround time from more than 1weeks to 3 days
