Hidden Fact about Breakfast

Did you have a breakfast today? You better have, because there many hidden facts about this activity that people actually not aware. The first is, breakfast helps you more active while doing your daily life. Because breakfast can fulfill enough nutrient to helps your daily activities. In fact, people who don’t have breakfasts get tired faster than the people who have. Most people do not eat for up to 12 hours between the time of their evening meal and breakfast on the following day – during this time their energy levels fall. The first meal of the day is the most important because it supplies the body and brain with the necessary nutrients after a night’s sleep. People who have breakfast are usually ready to challenge.

The other fact is, having breakfast can make you healthier. Usually, people who don’t have breakfast have a problem with their bodies. Stomach disorders actually are their biggest problems. Getting breakfast everyday will help you to have a healthy stomach. What you choose to eat at breakfast can affect your mood, physical and mental performance, weight, and your general and long-term health.

The Last is, Breakfast can make you smarter. Is not 100% right, but most of people who have breakfast can remember and think excellently. Studies show that children who eat a good breakfast do better in school than children who do not. Studies also show a link between participation in the School Breakfast Program and improved academic performance and psycholsocial behavior. And of course, people who have breakfast have a higher chance to get good score than who don’t have. So, why we don’t take a breakfast today?
