Before round one started, I tried to finish reading the handbook which use for the capsim, and highlighted the key words. In the first round, we were not familiar to do it, so after class I was back home continued alone until 6pm. Before round 2 start, I was afraid our group cannot finish the data, so I did some pre work before the class begins. In the end of round 2, our group did a really good job. Over all after the peer evaluation, I need to work on the data more and more careful, so that we can get better result. Also more communicate with group members, and to share the ideas and knowledge. I am an “easy marker”, so I give them really high score, and to compare with, I think I can deserve a higher score of it.

After the prepare quiz I can calculate the R&D exactly, and to measure price, budget and sales Forecast better and better. Now I know how to look the report, how each number comes, increase the Auto to help the production etc. However I still not sure about the finance part, and for that part, our group member Xiong Yang knows to sell the share. When ideas different, we listen to each other’s analyses, and try to find out which is the best. Until now, my job is working on the R&D, Marketing and some Production, afterward I will study harder and make success in the end.

In this evaluation, I got 4.2 in the result. especially on the No.4 (team leading; decision making) and No.8（help mansureassigned responsibilities understood;a helpful manner), both of them got 5marks. I am doing the R&D and Production of each round. At result, I can do at least one of the product was sold out in each round, and also the productivity can be the highest.

Team collaboration and interactions

We have meeting in every Monday, and to share the ideas and data before the class. We expect try out a better results every time, and our group really did a good job. We work together friendly and help each other....
