Wells Fargo Training Needs
Wells Fargo Bank offers a wide variety of consumer banking products. They range from checking and savings accounts to investments, insurance, and loans. This requires a substantial amount of training. New hires starting as bank tellers will be need side-by-side training to get accustomed to daily procedures of taking deposits, recording transactions, and balancing at the end of the day. This training will provide a concentrated training on completing the necessary forms and the legal disclosures while focusing on compliance with state and federal regulations. Certain positions within the investing and insurance division will require special licenses and certifications depending on the products offered. Training on specialized products will be provided through Wells Fargo. However, licenses and certifications will be provided through state or federally mandated training and licensure.

Training will give employees the skills needed to recognize opportunities to promote products offered.
