Alhamdulillah, first and foremost we would like to thank ALLAH as finally we are able to finish this project. This group assignment has been given by strategic management’s lecturer, Dr Salina Daud. This task had been done with all afford by group members even though there are little bit problem that happened among us while doing this assignment. Luckily, all the problems can be settle down and we were able to adapt properly and wisely. Our group cooperation had overcome all the problems that arise.

Besides that, big thank we address to our lecturer, Dr Salina Daud because without her guidance, our project cannot be done properly like this. Dr Salina had outlined all the important things for this project assignment as well as supports to us how to do our assignment in purpose to produce a good outcome from all the topics that been studied. Topics that had been chosen for this assignment are opportunities and issues by using SWOT analysis, Porter’s 5 competitive forces and the business strategy adopted by this company.

On the other hand, big thank we also address to Pantai Selamat Sdn Bhd management team lead by Mr. for giving us opportunities and permission to held interview at their company. Friendly cooperation from them make this assignment become more easy. All the information given were very helpful to answer all the questions and objectives for this assignment.
