In collaboration with the Human Resource Services, Department of Medicine Human Resources will:

• Ensure effective, efficient and integrated processes

• Clarify roles and responsibilities relating to human resource functions for staff and clients

• Strive to be proactive and strategic in service delivery

• Utilize emerging technology to enhance processes and information sharing
