In Malaysia ruling system, there are three main bodies, namely: -

• Legislature.

This body only to make laws and can not deliver this power to any party and not the other mempunyai kuasa;

• Governing Body.

Body was only carrying out the executive and not make the laws and judgments; and

• The Judiciary Body

was only carrying out the judgment and not make law or executive powers. The three bodies have the authority, scope of work and their respective roles. For example, the Cabinet is responsible to the Legislature (Parliament of Malaysia). Only judiciary is a separate and independent body from politics, to ensure justice in this country.
