Anyone who finds him or herself in a legal situation should always exercise his or her right to counsel. An experienced attorney will know exactly what to do in researching information, gathering evidence, and packaging the case for presentation to try to ensure the best possible settlement and outcome for his client. Unfortunately, many people end up hurting their chances of a favorable outcome because they make premature decisions based on their current circumstances and limited financial resources.
