Semester 1 2012 Report/Assignment (Law)

Instructions:

1. This assignment represents fifteen per cent (15%) of the total assessment for this subject.

2. Students should answer all questions and submit their answer to Markson Chin by 18, May 2012. There will be no extensions granted for submission after this date.

3. The word limit is 1,000 words. This limit will be strictly enforced.

4. Student’s team work should be their own. Please refer to the guidelines on plagiarism in the Subject Outline. These will be strictly enforced.

5. A properly filled out Assignment Coversheet should be attached to the printed copy of the assignment.

Back Up of Drafts or Final Copy

It is your responsibility that your Final copy or drafts are backed up. There are many ways by which this is possible for example your e-mail accounts whether with Swinburne or some other provider. USB/Thumb drives, CDs, DVDs or portable hard drives, even hand phones. If you are in doubt please do see me or you may approach ITS for assistance. It is also your responsibility to keep a back up of your Final Submission till your final results are published in case of any mishap where you may have to furnish it to the lecturer.
