Due to poor rigidity and heat problems, sheet metal and other parts can be easily bent after heat treatment , clamping deformation caused by clamping grinding is easily warped and it is commonly used in magnetic chuck surface grinder. After the grinding process is complete, then remove the magnetic attractive sheet work piece restitution. It is difficult to guarantee the machining accuracy. Flat-nose pliers surface grinder attachment is connected with the sheet work piece by a magnetic workbench and a small flat-nose pliers which has a certain height, therefore the small jaw has smaller magnetic force. Being different with ball mill, the grinder crush the materials and achieve the desired effect by using a rotating abrasive wheel.

By gradually reducing feed rate, the sheet work piece is grinded. After the plane is removed and been ground into the magnetic workbench. And then another plane grinding sheet will repeat grinding processed for several times , the flatness of the two planes meet the requirements. Atmospheric pressure is used for clamping the sheet work piece for grinding.

The working principle is as follows:

Specific folder is installed on a rubber seal, the sheet work piece is on the rubber seals ,so that it will seal with the folder. The chamber is formed between the concrete. Using a vacuum pump, the interior air is drawn from the suction holes when the workpiece is clamped. Since the clamping force is small, there may be a circumferential grinding method for grinding. When the one end of the grinding sheet workpiece is plane, the other end will have the same results and the above-described manner can be used and a satisfactory result can be obtained similarly.
