Increasing Demands for Crushing Equipments in Cement Industry

The cement industry keeps flourishing this year with the production exceeding 2 billion tons last year. In the year of 2011, investing programs focus in the industry of transportation, major projects, city construction, etc. In the beginning of "the twelfth five-year", all the local governments, in order to achieve continual development in economy, have new plans for investment which will definitely promote the demands for cement products.

Presently, the cement industry is featured with inappropriate layout, lagging technology and equipments renovation, which will inevitably result in low production and fierce market competition. Raw materials for cements mainly include lime and clay. According to the kind of fuel and cement, other materials will be added to complement the shortage of certain ingredients. The industrial wastes can also be used as the raw mixed materials in cement production. In the process, most raw materials should be crushed. Limestone, as the major material for cement production has large size and high hardness after being mined. The common crushing equipments for limestone include hammer crusher, jaw crusher, impact crusher and cone crusher.

To make the process more economical and convenient, it is crucial to select appropriate crushing and grinding equipments. Before grinded, materials are suggested to be crushed for fine and uniform size in order to release the pressure on grinding equipments and increase the production. In the year of 2011, the hyperbaric grinder and hyperbaric trapezoid grinder, specifically for large-scale cement production, was designed and produced by Shanghai Jianshe Luqiao Machinery Co,. Ltd.. In the production line of cement, the grinding process takes up 60 percent of the total amount, among which the grinding of green stock, coal and cement respectively cover about 30%, 3% and 40%. Therefore, it is quite necessary to select crushing and...
