After world war II, international situation turned into stable, most major countries can develop their economy securely. In the recent decades of years, along with the development of technology is the deepen of globalisation . communication between different people located in different place become more fast. The rise of multinational corporations marks the growing up of globalization as well as the conflict escalation of culture and religion between different nations. The emerging of globalization makes firms’ management strategies based on home nation’s resources and culture don’t work efficient like before. Therefore, globalization presents a lot more challenges for business organizations, especially for the management development of multinational corporations. For thumbs like coca-cola, wal-mart and P&G etc. , a lot new ideas about management development is a must to deal with problems emerges from different countries and districts.
