Fluent in three languages: Kazakh, Russian and English.

In 1997 he graduated from the Kazakh State Academy of management, speciality "international economic relations" (Almaty, Kazakhstan). In 2009 he received a Master of Science degree in management by Alfred Slouèna (Silicon Valley, United States). June 2001-September 2002: head of strategic planning of Development Bank of Kazakhstan JSC (Astana, Kazakhstan). Development of investment strategy, marketing and analytical research. September 2002-June 2003: Adviser to the Minister of economy and budget planning of RK. Development and realization of strategy of industrial-innovative development of Kazakhstan, a State-owned financial institutions development (Astana, Kazakhstan). June 2003-May 2004: the head of the special group of the Ministry of industry and trade of RK on entry into the World Trade Organization. Preparation of negotiations on the accession of Kazakhstan to WTO (Geneva, Switzerland). May 2004-December 2006: Chairman of the Board of JSC \"Center for marketing and analytical research OJSC (Almaty, Kazakhstan). Research in the field of public administration, working with leading international consultants, to develop policy instruments to the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
